I had some issues with my PTAC unit and I called and spoke with Velma who was SO helpful and and sent someone out right away to take a look and followed up with me afterwards.The service man was extremely professional and helpful. I wound up only needing a part and not the complete overhaul that I feared. I always felt like they were being honest and not taking advantage of me, which means A LOT in this industry.  I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to anyone I know looking for HVAC help!
